Provide matching cooling closest to heat source
to reduce energy consumption
The Rack Hot Air Containment (RHAC) is adopted to directly absorb heat from the heat source. By using the hot exhaust air temperature of the server, the cooling capability is maximized. In addition, real-time monitoring is supported. Thermal isolation with RHAC also reduces the cost because no extra hardware is needed for sealing the hot aisle. Rack-based cooling close to the heat source shortens the supply & return air paths and reduces power consumption of the EC fans. At higher exhaust temperature of the server, EKMC cooling output increases with reduced operation cost. Mixing of cold air and hot air is completely eliminated resulting in highest cooling effectiveness. The cold air flows directly to the server inlet to avoid energy offset due to mixing of cold and hot air flow.
Intelligent Control System
The industrial standard microcomputer control center provides the rack-based cooling unit with monitoring, data recording, safety protection and parameter setting. The operation is simple and
information is clear. Chinese and English menus can be selected. RS485 (BMS interface) and SNMP network interface are used as standard options.
Modular design, saving investment
RHAC & the horizontal air flow ensures cold air is supplied directly to the inlet of the servers without additional hardware for cold or hot aisle containment as needed for traditional configurations and raised floor is not required
